Services and Rates

Our fee rates are VERY competitive.  Being Yorkshire based does not stop us from carrying out work on any site, national or international.  Using the latest "GoToMeeting" web technologies we can go through prototypes, make enhancements and offer support, without leaving our desks.

We use very experienced staff from a pool of directly employed and self-employed consultants.  All of the self-employed are ex-staff who we have trained. We'll project manage, develop and deliver systems according to best practice including full documentation and test programmes.

TRAINING AND HAND HOLDING

  • LOW COST OPTION FOR CLOSE CONTINUOUS SUPPORT  - £375/Day
    • On-Site only (7.5hrs)
    • Must be paid for in advance
    • Minimum period 20 days
    • Deliverable within 6 months of order or wrtitten off
    • Flexible arrangements
    • Time & Materials, excludes expenses
  • OCCASIONAL ON-SITE SUPPORT & TRAINING - £575/Day
    • On-site only (7.5 hrs)
    • Paid on 7 day terms (full daily rate applies if payments late)
    • Call-off as required
    • Time & Materials, excludes expenses

CONSULTANCY, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, DESIGN AND CUSTOMISATION

  • LOW COST - COMMITTED IN ADVANCE OPTION - £575/Day
    • Minimum 20 day order
    • Paid in advance
    • Delivery flexibility
    • Time for design development handover, testing, documentation and training is all on T&M basis. No shortcuts.
    • Support charged additionally on annualised basis
  • STANDARD RATE - £820/day
    • "Free" estimate
    • Time for design development handover, testing, documentation and training is all on T&M basis. No shortcuts.
    • Support charged additionally on annualised basis
  • FIXED PRICE JOB RATE - £900/day
    • Scoping and design is charged at £450/day
    • Time for design development handover, testing, documentation and training is all included in the quote. No shortcuts.
    • Support charged additionally on annualised basis

When visiting site, our mileage rate is 60p.
